The veterinary clinic gets you in right away. I called at 3:15 then got me in at 5. When I had to put one of my cats down they were so nice and caring. Very honest with my about my cats health. Thank you for your kindness.

We cannot express how grateful we are for Hometown Veterinary Services. They went above and beyond with the care they gave our cat, Baby. First, they allowed us to bring Baby in an hour before closing even though we were not a regular client. Second, they went past closing to complete the treatment. Third, we were able to bring Baby in the next morning as he was not progressing overnight as he should have. They provided the needed treatment and we were able to bring Baby home later that afternoon. Dr. Colton Harstine and his staff provided excellent care at the time of service and with follow up text messages after our visit to see how Baby was doing and if we had any questions. Able to get me in short notice as a new patient on a Friday to help me avoid a possible weekend emergency vet visit. Good parking, clean and well-maintained building, friendly staff, knowledgeable and communicative doctors. Prices pretty standard, definitely not over-priced but not a budget vet either. Looking forward to having them as my new vet!

I have taken my girls (Petunia and Willow) to Dr. Pugh since they were born. Both are Shih Tzu. He caught kidney failure in my oldest and she lived to be 14 1/2, despite multiple health issues. My sweet Willow (12) had dental surgery yesterday. Two abscesses and 8 teeth removed. One day later, she’s almost back to her self! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Pugh and his staff. Truly amazing and caring people.

Dr. Estock is amazing. The love and care he provided for my Lil One and Snowball was amazing. Having senior cats is a blessing, but the end can be hard. I lost both my babies within a few months period. Dr. Estock has an honesty and calmness about him that provides such comfort during your babies final moments. Thank you Hometown and Jodie and Alex, as well as all the techs. I will never take any of my future pets to another establishment as long as Hometown is around

I absolutely love this office. My 2 goldens, Charlie and Ozzy have been coming here for years. I love the reminders that I get and that I am able to text if I want to schedule an appointment. Aimee and Abby are awesome! I have met Dr. Pugh and Dr. Dittoe and trust both of them with pets lives. I also like that everything about my pets are linked to PetDesk. Thanks for caring for my 2 boys!

We've been going to this vet for many years. They are absolutely wonderful, whatever they can do to help you. They absolutely will. These are people who actually love their jobs. The doctors are great. The receptionists are wonderful. The nurses are outstanding. I can't say enough about them. Thank you guys so much for being there for our dogs Wellness, as well as their emergencies, you guys are the best!!!!

We have been coming to Hometown for quite some time, but today truly moved me to write this review. Having to say goodbye to our English Mastiff was one of the hardest moments we’ve experienced, and I am so incredibly grateful for the compassion and care shown by every member of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the experience was calm and peaceful. The room we were placed in felt warm, cozy, and home-like, which brought a great deal of comfort during such a difficult time. Knowing our dog was able to be at peace in such a gentle environment meant everything to us. The front desk staff was knowledgeable, kind, and comforting, immediately putting us at ease. The veterinary technicians were patient, compassionate, and attentive, ensuring our dog was comfortable every step of the way. I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Dittoe for the care and kindness shown to our big boy, as well as to our Lab at home. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and comforting environment. We truly feel cared for and supported every time we walk through your doors.

Hometown Vet has cared for my sweet Bella for the past 14 years, and I truly cannot imagine a better veterinary team. From routine visits to the hardest goodbye, they were compassionate, patient, and incredibly kind every step of the way. When it came time to put Bella down, Dr. Estock and staff were amazing. They treated her and us with so much dignity and love. They took the time to explain everything, never rushed us, and made an unbearable moment a little more peaceful. I will always be grateful for the care they gave my dog throughout her life and for the comfort they provided at the end. Thank you for loving Bella as much as we did.

My experience here has been nothing short of amazing! The facility is top notch, so clean and welcoming. The front desk staff is always kind, the vet techs are wonderful, and Dr. Dittoe and Dr. Estock have been absolutely fantastic. You can truly tell everyone here loves their job and genuinely cares about the animals they treat. I love that I can text to schedule appointments and always get such a quick, friendly response. They’re fair, affordable, and I know my dog (Sushi) is in the best hands. I cannot recommend them enough! Sushi says thank you, too.
